Water Damaged Ceiling Tiles

Have you ever seen dark spots on the ceiling tiles that you didn't remember seeing before?  Those spots are a good indication that you have a water leak either from a pipe or possibly a roof leak.  If they are new, do not wait until matters get worse!  Find out what the source is and get it taken care of ASAP!  As far as the water spot on the ceiling tile, you can choose to replace the entire tile or, if you do not mind a little brown stain, you can choose to keep the tile.

In this case, the ceiling tiles were removed and were replaced with new ceiling tiles after the full mitigation was complete.
