Soot-damaged 'Packed-out' items from a Charlottesville fire

Before: Here is an example of fire-damaged household kitchen items; Two ceramic bowls, a metal tumbler, and plastic drinking cup. The soot has permeated into the red glaze, as well as the charcoal-grey of the metal tumbler. The plastic cup just looks dirty and unappealing. After: These kitchen items were packed out to be cleaned at our IICRC certified Firm warehouse in Charlottesville, using our Ultrasonic machine. The soot is completely gone from the red porcelain bowls and the plastic tumbler. Note that the metal cup is mostly clean. Our goal is to restore items to a preloss condition. However, not everything is able to be fully restored after being damaged by fire.
