Here at SERVPRO of Charlottesville we have revamped our training.  We understand the importance of continual growth and do not want to see any of our employees become stagnant knowing that being stagnant can lead to disliking your work.  We want our employees to love what they do!

By pulling from what other successful businesses are doing and modifying to what we believe suits our franchise best we have set a self paced training system in place.  This training system clearly shows you what is needed from you in order for you to advance to the next step.  Because it is self paced, you determine how quickly you are able to advance and we ensure you have everything you need to get there.

In addition to the self paced training system, we also have morning training's for the whole crew throughout the week as well as on the job training provided by the assigned Crew Chief.

Primary Role: Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines. Communicate with the customer to make sure that all needs are met. Support crew chief and other production personnel as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed.

Results Expected: Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Communications to crew chief and customer are timely. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations. Vehicles, equipment, and facilities remain clean, orderly, and working properly.
